Situation
An early-stage client seeking funding to develop a new bispecific antibody needed robust and compelling competitive readiness talking points to share with investors.
Task
Articulate the bispecific landscape, highlight frontrunners with attributes resembling the client’s asset and explain how the client can win the competitive advantage.
Action
Identified all bispecific antibodies in development and sorted these by key attributes such as specificity, valence, platform technology, stage of development and response rates relative to monoclonal antibody counterparts.
Cross-referenced clinical trial databases, literature reviews, SEC filings, conference proceedings, patents, primary intelligence and company presentations to build concise narrative with a clearly-articulated storyline.
Leveraged our broad immuno-oncology expertise to develop a customized framework that enabled us to narrow a list of over 100 agents in development to a few key competitors, and established the client’s key differentiators relative to these competitors.
Results
